One point; I made an entry error in my return for the amount of Car Registration fees. I entered $2625 instead of $26.25 & when the tool ran it's various checks / reviews, this mistake was not noted. I only caught the error when I notice that I was way under in taxes I expected to owe. I hunted my error down using the deductions & credits pages *and noting the 2015 vs 2015 columns..the error stuck out. I would have expected such a change (year to year) or really odd car fee to be noted or flagged.

If you have any doubts about filing your tax returns, then this product is worth the cost. Hugh medical costs were resolved with this program and basic research.

Program almost there

I spend hours trying to correct a form that was marked as an error. I changed numbers at random and went to IRS documents to assure I was imputing the right information. Eventually I found the problem was two of the same form likely due to my changed input. When they mark a form as having errors it would be helpful if they stated the error so the user does not have to review every input. It would also be helpful to lead the user back to the step by step procedure where the error was made.
What's great about it: I love information from last year and ability to review forms
What's not so great: Navigating between the forms and the step by step was difficult

2015 - Not as Great As It Should Have Been

This is the first year (of 8) that I've had a huge problem. Brokerage houses have changed how they report Barter/Transactions and the number of records processed (in Premier) caused Turbo Tax to run so slowly it was maddening. Also, because of this the program used huge chunks of RAM and I had to end up force quitting the programs many times a session. It was frustrating.
I know that I need a new computer, but ...sigh.
What's great about it: Convenience, Easy Step, Electronic Filing
What's not so great: K1s !!! 1099B
