Great experience with Turbo Tax

I have been using it for several years - will still use it next year even thought I thought about having someone else do the filing for me.
What's great about it: Easy step by step quidelines
What's not so great: Sometimes it is hard to connec tthe numbers

Excellent product

Been using Turbo Tax for years and have never had a problem. Easy to use, informative, and gets the job done right.
One year I used a competitor's product and it was so cumbersome that I have never used anything but Turbo Tax since, nor will I.
What's great about it: makes taxes easy and even fun
What's not so great: none

Been a TurboTax user for years, since MS-DOS days, and always appreciate the ease of use with each tax year version. Highly recommended.
What's great about it: Interview style followed by ability to look at specific forms
What's not so great: Loading time from CD-ROM slower than previous years

Excellent product, have used it for over 12 years.
What's great about it: Thorough but easy to use; user friendly interface for navigation (step-by-step or jump to specific forms)
What's not so great: None

Helped Me Get a Bigger Refund

I was really happy to have the expertise of Turbo Tax to help my husband and I figure out if we could claim our disabled son as a dependent this year. I just had to answer a few simple questions and we were able to claim him and ended up getting a bigger refund. I have used Turbo tax for at least fifteen years during which time there have been some difficult tax situations which required special forms. Turbo Tax helped me navigate through each situation with ease and has gotten me a larger refund each year than what I would have gotten otherwise.
What's great about it: Easy to follow step by step instructions.
What's not so great: Software said I had to print returns that did not have to be filed.
