Good Experience

First year of using the software after using an accountant for many years. Much more cost effective -- the import functions from banks, brokerages, etc. is VERY useful and saves quite a bit of time.
What's great about it: Easier than I thought it would be...
What's not so great: Online version not as functional as the software on CD

The program guide us over all aspects of the tax preparation with great detail and it was very easy to understand!!

Have used Turbo Tax for many years now, and highly recommend to all friends and family. Can't be any simpler, and there are many resources available as you go along. Many questions posed to help you think of other items you may not have thought of before. Well worth the money! thank you
What's great about it: love the instant calculation of refund and owe status, and as you enter data, you can see how it impacts your bottom lin
What's not so great: cumbersome at times to navigate to the exact spot you want, but comes close

Need to Debug

Error check found error. But, since there was no entry for the error found. It took a long time to figure out how to resolve. The error was a missing tax ID number for imaginary company that I didn't enter. I should have saved the information, but the company had a goofyname that looked like a software writer created to test their code. Then, forgot to remove.
What's great about it: Easy interface
What's not so great: Getting too insulated from tax forms, unlike earlier TT

I've been using turbo tax for 6 years now. It's convenient and easy to use. Pulls in the previous year tax information to make it simple. There is always help when needed. Great program!

EASY AS PIE!

I HAVE BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS AND HAVE FOUND IT WELL WORTH THE INVESTMENT. THE UPDATED VERSIONS KEEP GETTING EASIER AND EASIER TO PREPARE MY TAXES. I ESPECIALLY LIKE THE AUDIT REVIEW AND COMPARISON TO PREVIOUS YEARS TAX FILING. THIS ALLOWS ME TO SEE HOW CLOSE MY OVERALL NUMBERS WERE TO THE PREVIOUS YEAR.
What's great about it: EXCELLENT EASY TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS
What's not so great: NOTHING
