Very professional, confident in law and preparation.
What's great about it: Easy to use, asked pertinent questions
What's not so great: Question continually repeat. Should be able to answer once and then choose "edit" if anwser changes.

I have hesitated in the past to call Turbo Tax help but I had to this year and I will not hesitate again the customer service was great.
What's not so great: Disappointed I had to upgrade my product to get Schedule C for a very small business

I love the program and is so user friendly that I did not bother to go an check the competition. Great job and well put all together software program.
What's great about it: User friendly and pro guidance throughout
What's not so great: Forms may have to be deleted but manageable, not too bad

Great, but stumbled on investment income section

When I got to the deductions for investment property I could not find where the real estate taxes and mortgage interest etc. will be automatically calculated for my home in addition to the investment portion of the property. This is for a 2 unit building that I live in one.
What's great about it: Overall great SW
What's not so great: I couldn't find the spot where my investment property is auto 50/50

Easy to use and accurate. Gives good tax advice on their website. It would be easier to have the advice within the program. There could be a link that you click on for the advice. Then it would be five stars.
What's great about it: Straight forward
What's not so great: Could use more places to get information while completing forms

Over all, a great tool for people who can read and follow directions to get their taxes done and filed on time!

Excellent Product

We've used this product for many years and have always had excellent results. It's quite simple to use. Like being able to import data especially from Investment Accounts. The product is always up-to-date with tax changes.
What's great about it: Interview Format, Flexible Data Entry
What's not so great: Not easy to view "calculation" of items
