Had some trouble getting my password reset, the page that came up said to select the UN that i wanted, so i clicked on it and and it went to a different screen.
I should be able to see a screen that says reset UN or reset PW.
Once I got my new PW, I tried to pay for the state e-file fee (which the app told me was going to be free??), but the screen froze, so i had to wait several minutes, then i had to shutdown the app.
this portion took the longest to complete, about 25 minutes.

What's great about it: Easy to follow and enter information
What's not so great: I bought the "premier" version and STILL had to pay for my state e-file. This is too much

Taxes made easy

I have been using TurboTax for years to prepare my taxes. The instructions are easy to follow and the detailed questions help to find the right section for your answers.
What's great about it: easy to follow instructions, great help links

What's great about it: Very easy and simple to use with good online assistance. I like how it is connected to Quicken and ItsDeductible
What's not so great: Bit Pricey as compared to other tax software.

This is the second year I have used torbotax and each year I am more organized with the information needed.
What's great about it: I can do it at home
What's not so great: Not sure if I had all the information needed
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Does Everything I Need

I like Turbo-Tax. Saves me $$ in accountant fees for preparing and filing my federal tax returns every year. Easy to use, easy to understand questions and guides on pretty much all issues I have encountered, since filing my own taxes for the last 5 or 6 years. I actually had one accounting firm loose all my receipts and records and blame my wife, only to have them magically appear from behind a cabinet in their office after tax season ended. Never again. Turbo-Tax is the way to go for us from now on.
What's great about it: Easy to Use, Fast, Easy to Understand
What's not so great: Kind of a "Black Box" sometimes, I'm not always sure exactly what I'm doing.

Trouble with mac!

I liked the cost and most of the explanations were straight forward. A few of the explanations didn't help much, but it worked out in the end. And i'm glad I bought the protection in case there is an audit, because thats not something I would want to deal with, even though all the information is correct.
What's great about it: Did it myself and it costed way less
What's not so great: Had trouble getting things going on my mac, took a few extra hours.

Turbo Tax

Still easy to use and follow. Printing returns is less than desirable as you have not provided options to print only what is filed and the entire return including worksheets. This option was available in previous versions current version allows only one option.
Updating was an option when first loading Turbo Tax. There have been many instances when I did NOT want to update. Previous versions provided an option to update later. That should be always an option.
