A Couple of Confusing Areas

I had some difficulty understanding whether or not my origination fee was deductible with TurboTax's explanation. I went directly to the IRS website for my answer.
I found several errors in backup forms that did not affect the outcome of my return, but does make it confusing when looking at the form detail. I had answered that we were covered the entire year for healthcare in the step-by-step, yet the Healthcare Entry Sheet shows as if there was some coverage gap. The IRS 1095-C form (which we did not file because it was not required) confirms as much. So where the program got this from, I have no idea.
I gave the 1098T form for my child to file education expenses, since he is paying for his own school, and I may have entered it by mistake when first entering information or TurboTax may have pulled it in due to prior history , but I removed it in the step-by-step. It does not show up on my tax return, yet the amount shows up on my Qualifying Education Expenses Worksheet. I would think this would clear when removed in the step-by-step process.
On the state return, it doesn't ask for anything other than what amount was contributed to 529 plans, yet when I print the return, it asks for the social security number where those contributions were made. Why is this not asked in the step-by-step process?
Outside of these, all calculations for the sections I use appeared to be correct.

I've been using Turbotax Premium for over 10 years and never have a problem. They are always updating the forms and making it easier to walk through doing my own taxes. i like this because it covers my EXPAT situation of working overseas and filing taxes in the US.

Why did I wait so long

I wish I hadn't waited so long to complete my taxes. We moved from 1 state to another but I still took on the challenge of doing my own taxes. Thanks to the checks and balances Turbo Tax has in place, it helped me through it! I can file with confidence. We started filing our own taxes 2 years ago after my sister recommended Turbo Tax because they walk you step by step and ask questions to help you get the better refund. It also checks for errors. Awesome. Thanks Turbo Tax

What's not so great: Some language can be confusing until you read and read again

Schedule K-1 is very difficult

2015 Tax Return Done, under extended deadline!

For the last 10 years, used TaxTurbo, very pleased.
But, this 2015 year, the printed forms are ugly, unformated correctly, difficult to read. Definitely needs improvement next year.
