Good and Bad and Annoying things never fixed

On the Whole I like TurboTax, but there are some annoying things.
On the good side, its comprehensive and asks good questions for those who are less familiar with the tax world.
On the annoying side, going in to make minor adjustments (for example exploring benefits of a last minute IRA contribution; having to ask the already answered questions AGAIN is pretty annoying. How about save the answers!
On the EXTRAORDINARILY ANNOYING SIDE: I have a years old comment in the TT community about the fact that one can't sort ones contributions PERMANENTLY. Each entry requires a re-sort alpha to find the organization, the entry, then a resort again. IS THIS ROCKET SCIENCE?

Turbo Tax almost makes filing painless

Turbo Tax has made my life simpler, and isn't that what we all want? I'll be back next year.
What's great about it: Best feature is being able to download data from financial institutions. That alone saves untold hours of drudge work.
What's not so great: There are points where what you are being asked to do is not intuitive. A why you are being asked might be helpful.

When completing a section it takes you back to select the next section - BUT, it takes you back to the top of the section list instead of back to the last place you were in the section list.; every time. What a waste to have to scroll down to the section you want to work on next.
Carrying over to state (MA) does not take everything you need.
Selling a rental real estate property section is not as intuitive as it could be.
Price for state transmittal is too high.
What's great about it: mostly clear
What's not so great: Too mich scrolling.

I really like TurboTax. It enables me to do my tax returns accurately and without too much hassle.
What's great about it: Quick and easy to prepare return
What's not so great: The fact that I had to buy a higher version to do stock sales

Great Product

I prepared and filed returns for 3 family members with no problems. They got their refunds within days of filing their returns.
What's great about it: Consistent & Easy to Use
What's not so great: None
