Very Easy

I'm 79 years old and haven't done our taxes personally for many years. We have a few retirement funds and SS so this was new to me. Turbo-Tax walk me right thru the forms.
Loved it!

I've used this product for many years. I now prepare returns for my children who are self-employed. I believe this section could be made easier to work with.
It is hard to locate the entry for health premiums and contributions to savings plans, SEP and 401K. They are buried within a section and unless you select edit all in the area, you miss the place for the entries.

Difficult Return

This year's return was more complicated than last year, especially regarding expensing the use of my vehicle. It forced me to enter information on the disposal of my vehicle when I didn't dispose of it. it was not very intuitive. Last year was much easier. Spent more time trying to figure out for 2106 and car expense sheets than anything else.

Great experience with TT as usual. Been using it for probably 8 years now. Can't beat the ease of use. Questions asked in plain English and you have lots of options when it comes to viewing and editing.
What's great about it: Easy to use!
What's not so great: Have to pay for State efile
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I've used Turbo Tax for several years now. I thought about switching to a cheaper software but felt too confident that I have what I need with Turbo Tax
