Made Filing Easy and Saved $$$
on April 16, 2016

Overall a very good tool - I used to hire a CPA for tax filing but kept having errors and was getting audited. After I started using Turbo tax software, I have not had this problem. I also really appreciate the option of purchasing the services of a tax rep which will work with the IRS should one get audited.
What's great about it: Like the built in guides and the checks done to ensure my return has no mistakes
What's not so great: Difficult to find area to enter rental property assets for depreciation

This customer did not provide a text review.
What's great about it: It was mostly very helpful.
What's not so great: Turbo Tax did not recognize interest earned at Massachusetts banks, but I may have missed something.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

sad face

In the past my Turbo Tax loaded automatically when I inserted the disk. Not this time. I have fractured vertebrae and had not been able to sit here to do my taxes until getting down to the wire. I spent a lot of time putting in my info. When I tried to save and return later, that option was not there. I opened up an info window and when I thought I was closing it I was asked if I wanted to save this file. I thought it meant in the info window so I said "no". I lost everything I had put in and had to start over a couple days later. Just not as good an experience as in the past.
What's not so great: No install instructions. Did not start automatically. No selection for leave and return

Have resubmitted twice for Federal e-file. Keeps bouncing and TurboTax doesn't seem to know why. Would not accept my state return, no reason, just can't do it and I had to force the printing of State forms to mail return.
What's not so great: No state e-file - No explanation
