Easier than easy

I have been using TurboTax for a decade and it just keeps getting easier to use year to year. I am absolutely never doing my taxes any other way. The help, if I ever need it, is one click away and the step by step process can't be any easier.
What's great about it: Anyone can do this
What's not so great: they're still taxes

Turbo 2015 Deluxe

It would be great for the search feature to include besides answers on the topic and link to the section that covers that topic or to pull up the actual form at the spot where the info goes. Example: student loans interest. When I looked it up, there were several helpful hints. But if I could then click on a link that takes me to the section where I enter the numbers would save the "lookup". Also: I don't know how much I trust the answers from other people to base my inputs on.
What's great about it: Option of walking thru areas or picking the areas on your won
What's not so great: help section
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This year, TurboTax presented more problems than in previous years. I likely will not use it again. Issues were with saving my information; at one point, I needed to re-enter all information previously entered, resulting in an extra 3-4 hours of work. Also, could not "e-file" my federal return. I tried 3 times with no success. Now, I need to mail it manually. Not happy with this.

Couldn't Be Any Easier

If you aren't a CPA, it's almost impossible to do your own taxes. Thank goodness for TurboTax. It's perfect for the mathematically challenged and simplicity itself. Adding ItsDeductible makes it easy to itemize deductions rather than trying to figure out all the values yourself. Have used TurboTax for many years and never been disappointed with it. Disappointed with the IRS, yes. With Intuit, no. (The IRS gave refunds two years in a row to someone who used my SSN. Didn't even bother to check to see that the SSN given on the forms used the wrong name and address!)
What's great about it: Walks you through step by step

Wire transfer will go into endless loop
on April 16, 2016

Wire transfer will go into endless loop if enter wages received that have no official W2 form or not have Employer ID #. Would be nice to have known prior to getting at the final step prior to wire transfer. Note: not all employers will issue w2's if wages earned were below $200. So entering all wages become problematic if you don't get a W2. So one choice would be to consider the income as "tips earned". Again wish the program would have stated this about the Employer ID prior to last step for the wire transfer.
What's not so great: Wire Transfer for fed return will go into endless loop if...
