Good product but too many pages to print

I've been using TT for over 15 years. It helps me get my taxes done on time and I like that you can see your money owed or refund as you complete the categories.
One annoying thing is that it wants to print copious amounts of paperwork. I wanted to just send in my state taxes to avoid the filing fee but it wanted to print over 50 pages (more than I think was required)!! I think it does that to entice you to pay the money to e-file.
Anyway, my suggestion is that if you want a copy for your files, do not print but save as a PDF and not kill so many trees!!
What's great about it: Easy, Flexible, Fast
What's not so great: Wants to print WAY too many pages

Very Difficult Filing

I am using SAFARI, It appears as though you were having some system issues with safari. I have had a very difficult time reopening my taxes once I save and returned. I called and after (3) 20 minutes sessions of just holding the phone and waiting I FINALLY GOT SOME HELP. It took two of your consultants to assist me and finally they could not and I lost all my records and had to start all over. Your consultants were very helpful but could not determine the problem so I said I can't wait any longer as I am recovering from surgery so please advise me she suggested that I delete all the Turbo 2015 downloads and start all over. I did and just now completed my taxes. I have been using your services only, for the past many years and I would like to remain a client but I cannot repeat this experience next year so I AM THINKING OF USING AN ALTERNATE SERVICE one of your competitors where I can have my taxes completed without this much stress.
I am hoping someone can figure out why I HAD THIS MUCH PROBLEMS. Going forward I will not have you automatically send me the download. I need to understand what my problems is.
Hope someone on your staff will take the time to figure out why I had so many issues and going forward what can be done.
Do you provide tutoring on understanding how best to use TURBO TAX?

Overall Good Experinece

overall - no major issues. It's easy to file and mostly accurate.
What's great about it: Easy to fill
What's not so great: some items are sticky, even after deleting they stay and cause errors forcing to delete some sections/restart

Disappointed

Unfortunately I was unable to file because one K-1 form couldn't be over-ride and I could never eliminate a negligible error in the K-1 I had been given. I was charged to e-file a state form, but I was unable to e-file because I couldn't eliminate or over-ride the error in the K-1..This is disappointing. I would like my e-file fee credited back to me please.

I appreciate the help and efforts that turbo tax provides.
What's great about it: we love using this software as it makes easy since it remembers all the data from past year.
What's not so great: too many things to enter
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I had a baby

Works Perfectly Until....

This is my third year trying to use Turbo Tax Premier. Everything is perfect until the final check. The system does not like my APO address that my investment firm lists for my address. It ends in APO, AE 09180. The company is US based in Kansas City. The help function tells you to enter the correct zip from the USPS web site. 09180 is correct based on that site. I guess this will be another mail in tax forms year for me.
What's great about it: Efficient, quick and easy to use
What's not so great: Has a problem for military members using APO address

Got it done!

Hard to make changes to a prior entry, but do-able. Hoping for easier navigation changes. Like the importability of previous returns. Don't like somewhat hidden fee to efile State
What's great about it: well explained, good speed, good visuals, easy lookup,
What's not so great: hard to find a person, and phone number for customer support, extremely dislike being charged to efile State Return ugh.
