What's not so great: It gets increasingly difficult and confusing each year (3) I've used it.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick and Simple

Great for anyone - simple, fast and safe. Saves time and money. Handles the majority of tax situations without breaking a sweat.
What's great about it: All the forms, all the time, all accurate
What's not so great: Still need to understand some tax situations

Easy step by step process

This is the easiest process for doing your Taxes. The package lets you know which program you need and all you do is follow the steps. If your not sure a section applies to you let the program walk you through it. Extra support is available should you need it. Updates are fast and every year the program has improved. It's quick and easy. You can do it in you pajamas.
What's great about it: Helpful step by step process and additional information if needed.
What's not so great: Had none.

Always upselling

Not a terrible experience, overall. TurboTax has certainly reverted back to allowing landlords to use their product. That said, everything costs extra, and the extras add up very quickly. Intuit even tries to charge you extra fees for the extra fees (want to deduct a fee from your return? that's an extra fee on top of the fee). I'll seriously consider other options again next year.
What's great about it: Straightforward and relatively easy to prepare
What's not so great: A lot like modern video games, every little thing costs extra

Once again, an easy and understandable process to file mildly complex tax documents including retirement income, rental property and two wage earners.

Quite good but still a few rough spots.

Worked well with my rental property and extensive charitable deductions.
In reviewing my work, if I go into a section to change one number, I have to work my way all the way through the section to get out. I realize I could jump to the appropriate form but it does not eve tell me what form is being worked on so that is not an easy workaround.
What's great about it: The Premier version is very comprehensive

IT - 201 Line 3-4 too many characters

This message comes at the time of filing, and would not let me E-file? There should be some other way some where , fix the bug at the earliest.
