Fast and complete

Makes short work of even complex income taxes, have been using for over a decade. Clear breakdown into categories, easy to follow. There were some areas that would've been nice to hyperlink certain terminology or category headers to a tips window. Maybe I didn't explorer all the help features, then again maybe it wasn't obvious enough.
What's great about it: Breaks down income taxes into bite size categories, easy to follow
What's not so great: Can get lost in an unintended area, confusing to back out and start over

Crossing my toes

I wish there was an easier UNDO
especially when you delete previous things that had been imported No way to select parts of previous return.
Have to start everything all over.

Easy and Fast

This was very easy! I've used turbotax for a couple of years, but this year seemed like the software is easier to use and explains next steps in the process better. My return, fed and state, was over 140 pages. This was much cheaper than paying a tax preparer.
What's great about it: Very easy! Just inputed information from my tax forms answered questions and the program did the rest.
What's not so great: Paying for the State forms and then having to pay to file. If I purchase the state form filing should be included.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy Step By Step

I have used Turbo Tax for years. It makes the process of preparing and filing taxes less stressful as it covers all areas.
What's great about it: The ease of going through each subject matter
What's not so great: Having to pay taxes with my return

Finally Figured It Out With My Brother's Help!

So I used TurboTax last year and I thought it was intuitive until this year. We owed so much last year and just paid the amount to Federal and State because so many people and TurboTax guarantee how easy the program is to use and that you just have to follow the steps. I did so and figured wow, I'm married now and so I guess this is from that change in life. But after I completed our taxes this year and owed even more than last year I was not comfortable any longer.
Thank God for my brother. He had me come over and we went through it all piece by piece. We had to call the Help Desk a few times to clarify some aspects but we worked it out. In the end, we were actually getting a small refund from Federal and owed just a fraction of what I had originally come up with to State.
I'm giving 4/5 stars because it is not as intuitive as TurboTax would hope it to be for users. And we ended up owing so much last year that I am going to need to submit an amendment for 2014.
But Hallelujah and Thank the Lord for my brother who was guiding me this year! I am so happy I asked questions and didn't just pay and submit them as is this year!!!
What's great about it: e-filing is so easy once you have finished
What's not so great: Not as intuitive as advertised

I love being able to revisit or return to topics. i also love the pop up windows - easy to read and no worries about hitting a back button or returning to where you MIGHT have been before the questions.
