The Saga of Never-Ending Loops

What's great about it: Most of the program was quick and straight forward
What's not so great: When I tried to pay my bill I got stuck in a never ending loop going over and over the same thing.

Works Every Year - Like a Charm

Every year - I love it. Thanks so much - saves me hundreds over having somebody do it for me!

Quick and Easy

Turbo Tax is up on all the new tax laws. I would recommend it to anyone.

Easy-peasy

I have utilized TurboTax for approximately 12 years, and have always been more than satisfied. As a Finance professional, one of the features I most appreciate is the seamless transfer of data from prior years into the current year return.

Easier than Expected!

Overall a very unstressful experience. Plan on using Turbo Tax again.
What's great about it: I liked that it asked very specific questions and walked me through the process.
What's not so great: Didn't make it clear where to put my 1099-S

great software

I've been using turbo tax for years, I won't switch. In 2014 I was informed I made a mistake and owe the government nearly 3K, over some stock I didn't enter. Luckily I had the documentation and call turbo tax support. The lady talk me through entering the correct information in an amend return and I end up getting a 250 refund check and couple more from my state. Great software and great customer support which is hard to find.

Fast, Helpful

This went very smoothly. Once I had clarified the taxes paid associated with my purchase of a motor home, TurboTax showed me where to enter. It took me less than a day total to produce and e-file a 48 page tax.
What's great about it: Worked me through all items in my taxes
What's not so great: Initially had trouble with entry for state 529 contributions
