Very slow. Bad experience

Turbo Tax 2015 is extremely slow. Why? Please get QA/performance testing done for your product. Please do not cut the budget for QA and development and fixes. If you do, people will stop using your product. Sad to see a great product getting neglected. Thanks for paying attention.
What's great about it: Works. Does the taxes correctly.
What's not so great: Extremely Slow.

Turbo Tax is improving

I'm not sure if I'm just getting more used to doing taxes or if the questions being asked are more clear, I think it's a little of both but more the latter.
I thought I saved my progress but couldn't find it when I returned and had to retype a lot of information. I also thought it should pull personal information and job information should be available from importing a previous year, but I had to type it again. Could all be operator error, but that part wasn't clear if it is a possibility.

frustrated with lack of foresight!

great for this year *I*F* you have the right OS!
and, don't bother trying to open up LAST or any previous year's returns from THIS years program....
1.) reload EACH year one at a time
2.) previous years do NOT all open! took some time to get them all to load up but never found 2014.
oh yeah, and....
3.) make sure to save a PDF of your return so you don't have to dink around with RELOADING each turbo tax year!
and, don't bother trying to open up LAST or any previous year's returns from THIS years program....

Been using turbo tax for many years. Comfortable with entire process- program to audit defense. Had a question I needed answered, and got the call back and answer within a few minutes.
Definitely worth it for me.
What's great about it: Comfortable Reliable
What's not so great: none

This was my 13th year using TTax, and I feel like I have learned a lot from it since, but still felt little jittery this time around for some reason.
