Have been using Turbo Tax for almost 20 years. Have always found in easy to use.

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND EACH YEAR SEEMS TO GET BETTER. THE FLOW THROUGH THE FORMS IS REAL EASY TO FOLLOW AND HELPFUL. I LIKE IT BETTER THAN ANY OTHER PRODUCT OUT THERE.
What's great about it: FAST AND EASY, QUESTIONS WERE GOOD GUIDES
What's not so great: SOME HELPS REQUIRED MORE INTERPRETATION
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax- Once Again!

I've used Turbo Tax for many years. I really like it, except for the additional fees for a second state and for filing state returns.
What's great about it: Ease of use and accuracy.
What's not so great: Extra charge for state filing.

printing issue

I would like to see the feature that I can print any time I work on something or TurboTax comes up a comparison table. TurboTax only offers to print the tax return. I mean if TurboTax can provide a button "Print this page" anywhere during working on the tax return, that would be ideal. I see TurboTax offers previous year and current year comparison table from time to time when I worked on my tax return, however, I cannot print that page with the comparison table.
What's not so great: cannot submit "print this page" during the process

Turbo Tax is all I have ever used. Unless my taxes get harder I will continue to use it.
What's great about it: Very easy to use- just walks your right through it
What's not so great: Some of the questions don't apply so you have to weed through them and it feels like you missed something

Less Than Trouble Free

For the most part entering my data went smoothly and the Easy Guide was very helpful; and I believe has improved a great deal over the last few years. The worksheet that helps determine the cost basis for IRAs is extremely helpful however it somehow added an IRA Distribution from a previous spouse and since I've been married to only one girl for almost 50 years I have no idea how this happened. The Final Review process reported I had used a minus amount for a cost basis related to the sale of investments. I could not discover where the minus number was and the program was unable to specifically direct me to any such entry in my return. It made t difficult to e-file my return since Turbotax regarded it as an "error". I have been using TurboTax for close to 25 years. I will continue to do so next year with the hope I don't have issues going forward.
What's great about it: Easy Step helps a lot. It an excellent guide.
What's not so great: Final Review seem process seem flawed.
