Confused

This is the 2nd year that I downloaded my copy of Turbo Tax stating that I'd get 1 Free state tax return. This is the 2nd year that when I filed my return that it was not true.
What's great about it: I like everything
What's not so great: Buying Turbo Tax with the understanding that you get 1 State return Free
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used this software for several years. I believe it gets easier to use each year.
What's great about it: Software was user friendly. Loved the help screens and links.
What's not so great: Does not e-file my Battle Creek, MI return.

I have been using TurboTax for over a decade! I have NEVER had a problem. It is an EXCELLENT WAY to confidently prepare your taxes!
What's great about it: Easy. It walks you through EVERY STEP.
What's not so great: None that I have found.

TurboTax is Helpful

Difficult to print a particular page without printing entire document. Some mice summary pages are visible while working on taxes but difficult to find after filing.
What's great about it: most steps clear & easy to follow
What's not so great: hard to go back to particular page

Another easy year with turbo tax

I do not finish in one sitting so I need to re-open the program to continue and it goes to an updates screen that says "cannot connect". Took me awhile to figure out how to get around that.

Always works

I have used this program ever since they came out.
I would use nothing else.
What's great about it: Easy, straight forward, great data base and answer to questions
What's not so great: I am asking for the full business suite on Mac, not just Pc. This would save me hours of tax prep as I do Trust work.

The program is very user friendly and have been using it for nine years. I will continue to use it in the future unless I find a product as easy to use for a lower cost.
