The easiest way to do taxes!

I love the way TurboTax takes you step by step through the process and offers hints along the way to maximize your refund. The help and answers to questions are straightforward and in everyday language.
What's great about it: Easy and thorough.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The program not only helps you to file your taxes; it helps you to understand what you are doing.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate; walks you through each step
What's not so great: Tries to calculate an estimated tax penalty, even when it is 0

Couldn't get back to analyze deductions and plan my 1040ES. Doesnt seem to be as easy to use as previous versions. Some of the popup help covers the selection menus. Some of the problems might be WIN 10..
What's not so great: Hard to review what you have earlier.

Slick, Easy and 'Pain-least' way of doing taxes

TurboTax continues to create a product that is slick in appearance, easy to follow instructions with clear/concise help pages. This year's program is the 'pain-least' way of completing our civic responsibility of filing our taxes.

Has been very frustrating- not as before as we have had a very difficult time printing out our returns. went to that option as we could not remedy the situation and have Turbo send it with payment etc. My wife indicates she will pay someone next year to do it. R. Grauer

My work schedule is incompatible with your late delivery of the finalized Turbo-Tax product, especially when the product contains substantive changes
