Did not show some of previous years inputs. As stated, slow to change screens, was very hard to find bad debt forms.
What's great about it: Links to previous return
What's not so great: slow to update and change screens

Overall TurboTax is a user-friendly way to file taxes. I did find places on my return where it generated numbers and I couldn't figure out where it got them though. There wasn't a good way to highlight something and ask "where did you get this figure?"
What's great about it: Easy to use, plus imports last year's return for comparison
What's not so great: Had to pay extra for Premier Edition when those features were included in Deluxe version before
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Tried a competitor program and was not simple to navigate. Went out and purchased Turbo Tax -- Whew
What's great about it: Easy to use, step by step was great
What's not so great: Did not find any

Been using TT for 7 years. One year had detailed problem and was even referred to an online CPA! He was patient and knowledgeable and we got the job done. Will continue to use product. Appreciate that they have enhanced the 10-K filing details. It is such an archaic process and just goes on and on and TT has made it as helpful as they can.
What's great about it: Don't have to type in personal info each year, easy finance import.
What's not so great: Sometimes finding area you want is aggravating, but help is easy and timely.

PA window for dividends has line for "adjustment" but does not say whether it is positive or negative. It proves to be negative always. How do you make positive adjustments (other than listed ones such as capital gains distributions)?
The program needs more flexibility to depart from federal where required.
What's great about it: federal program works well overall
What's not so great: Pennsylvania tax windows lack clarity and flexibility

Once Again, TurboTax makes taxes easy

TurboTax is easy to use and being able to download all 1099 data directly is a huge time saver. It is very thorough in making sure all the right questions are asked for specific situations so no errors are made. Frequent updates give confidence Intuit is making certain the software is accurate.
What's great about it: Downloading from 1099s
What's not so great: have to buy pricey version and don't need all its features

Everything was Great except K-1s

I've used TT for years and always had a good experience.
What's great about it: Easy to use`
What's not so great: K-1s Still Need Some work especially if box 1, 2 and 3 have entries
