2015 Tax Returns

Work through the process was very logical, well ordered and made the work of completing tax returns much easier than expected.
What's great about it: Good work flow, Easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: Did not experience any problems or dislikes
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Fast, Simple, Complete

The program is easy to follow, with explanations of technical terms if you need them, but not a lot of wasted time reading stuff you already know. It's very thorough, and gives me confidence that it is covering all forms of income and deductions.
What's great about it: Very complete. Good explanations of terms. Imports info from last year.
What's not so great: A little expensive

Suggestion:
When printing my forms (my federal printout was 121 pages) it would be useful if you would just number the pages (from 1 to 121) in the top right corner.
Once the pages are numbered, provide an index and/or table of contents to the forms by name and page number.

In step-by-step mode, provide an index on the left like the one you have in forms mode so i could quickly get back to any psge to make changes or corrections.

Some of the Sch K-1 entry could use some improvements.
What's great about it: Provides a lot of suggestions and the explanations are useful.
What's not so great: Unsure if some forms are entered correctly.

I dread using Turbo Tax each year because of the lack of quality in the product. It use to be better, way better.
I don't trust the software anymore. I 've been using TT for almost 20 years. it is not the same product.
What's great about it: Fairly thorough
What's not so great: Too many glitches, it dropped the correct status of the way my; 2014 taxes were filed!!! I f

Turbo Tax support for a fraudulent filing

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 6 years. Love the transfer of prior year's data and the file imports. Last year we had our taxes filed fraudulently by someone. This was discovered by Turbo Tax Customer Service when I contacted them regarding my inability to e-file. A customer support person walked me through the whole process of what to do, who to contact and how to file with the IRS and my State. Excellent service and they went beyond what I had hoped. They made me feel safe using their product. I recommend Turbo Tax to anyone wanting to file on their own.
What's great about it: Easy to use, answers to questions, great customer support
What's not so great: can get confusing
