I've been using Turbo tax for years. This year needed to upgrade to Premium due to some new tax situations. I was afraid I would actually need to use an accountant. Thanks for leading me through the steps.
What's great about it: Easy to manuever, understand
What's not so great: None that I can think of

Many years of happy TurboTaxing

Turbo Tax makes my tax life easy. Could not do all of this on paper and still keep all of my hair. I don't know how I did it years ago, unless it was because my taxes were not as complicated back then.
What's great about it: Easy to follow step by step data entry
What's not so great: Haven't found any yet.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Great Product

I've been using this product for many years now. It's far better then others i have used in the past. Once you are comfortable with it you should be using the approach that lets you go directly to the areas you want to input. It makes the process much quicker then the full "interview" approach.
What's great about it: Ability to download files, Tracking history and past filing information

overall quite easy to navigate. suggestions on ways to reduce taxes were helpful.
handling the K-1s was pretty simple after I learned the process
very satisfied!! will return and use TT again next year
What's great about it: very easy to navigate
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Handiest thing ever

I truly loath taxes, I feel sick to my stomach this time every year... Turbo tax is like a big shot of PEPTO to make it all better.. Without Turbo Tax, I do not believe that I could ever do my taxes the old fashioned way.
What's great about it: I like the ease of using the system, being walked through when needed
