Disappointing

I have been a user of Turbo Tax since the 1990's. This year I ran into issues with the It's Deductible function as it would not add the items up and did not function. I spent 4+ hours on the phone, mostly on hold. I explained my issue, and was told that I would be directed to a technician. After 1 hour on hold for the technician, the phone hung up. I called back and was told that everyone is having issues, just work around it, so I estimated my contributions and completed my return.
I have been a yearly subscriber since they started the program. As a yearly subscriber I always end up paying more for the software than what it sells for in retail. Intuit wants our repeat business, but we do not get special repeat customer pricing. I was not happy about this year's experience.

Secure Feeling

I have used TurboTax a number of times in the past. I went to an accountant when I had some special business situations and now am back using TruboTax as before.
The software is easy to enter information and covers all the items needed to get the maximum refund.
The money paid for the software was very reasonable.

What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions with full explanations when in doubt.
What's not so great: Lots of software updates during the entire process.

Switching from Pers. and Small Business to Premier

Although it did not affect the final result on my tax return, there was at least one piece of information (business income for 2014) that was not reflected in the Premier version (it appeared as 0 for 2014) this year. Not critical, but would be an improvement going forward.
What's great about it: Most of the information transferred well

I received a 1099 Misc that combined 3 rentals, so I entered each as an individual 1099 Misc and not sure how IRS will handle it ?
