Simple to Use and Effecient

I have used TurboTax for 10 years and it keeps getting better. With the continual refinement of the workflow and simple interview process my efficiency completing the return has improved 20% while the complexity of my return has increased 40% (now including rental Income). TurboTax's links to my records makes the process fully integrated keeping my inputs to a minimum allowing me to focus on maximizing my potential deductions and lowering my effective tax rate.
What's great about it: Logically guided questions cuts out all guesswork of tax professionals input forms or rambling questions
What's not so great: Mac version crashed once during the review process but no data was lost

Quick, like doing my taxes

Program works great! It is fast but thorough. Could be quicker if it learned to apply more of my info from previous steps

What's not so great: at next step progarm doesn't learn so can't focus

TT is thorough and comprehensive. Only problem was the one mentioned above. Will use EVERY YEAR! Although I do miss a version to run on my personal Microsoft Xp CPU.
What's great about it: I especially like that TT leads me by the hand through all the different steps and asks questions about things.
What's not so great: I had trouble figuring out why PA was charging me taxes on my defined benefit retirement.

Very complete, keeps me honest by asking all the right questions.
Autofills the most repetitive data from the previous year's return
What's great about it: Walks me through everything, stuff I'd never have remembered
What's not so great: It's still work, but you gotta do what you gotta do
