Completely Satisfied Again!

I have been using TurboTax for many years now and this software program makes preparing my tax return less of a burden and I have confidence that the results are accurate. I don't have to read a bunch of tax books or booklets and if I do need some study, the answers are right there without any "digging." I am completely satisfied at this point in my life and hopefully that won't change. Keep up the great work at Intuit and TurboTax.
What's great about it: The ability to go through the process efficiently and accurately.
What's not so great: Nothing that I can think of at this time.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Tax Program

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and enjoy the ease with which I can complete my taxes. I feel confident each time I file my return that the information is accurate.
What's great about it: Easy process for entering in all of the information

i have used TT for years now I have rental properties HSA IRA an investments and it has worked flawlessly every year.
The only thing I have ever had difficulty with is the HSA section and I think its because of my situation. But all in all the product works great
What's great about it: like Turbo Tax alot
What's not so great: HSA part was cunky

Complete Solution for complex personal taxes

The software coud have asked for more information before I left a form rather than taking me all the way back much later in the process.
It does seem very thorough, and brings forward information from last years filing to save me time.
What's great about it: Fill in the blanks simplicity
What's not so great: Kept stopping to back up and insert more information.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I use Turbo Tax Every year. Takes last years taxes, and transfers your information to current year. Easy to use - as it walks you through step by step. If you prefer, you can skip the step by step and enter the info yourself.
What's great about it: Walks you through step by step
What's not so great: Takes a long time to do

Easy Refund

I was able to do my taxes in about 2 hours. Would have taken about 30-45 minutes if it wasn't for the confusing sale of stock screen. When I first went into it, I selected the option of Walk me through adding more info for the employee stock sale. This really confused me because it asked if I received a discount of which I have no clue if there is one received or not. Then it was very confusing about an offering period, market price on grant date, and market price on purchase date, Once I hit the back button and changed it to the option that I have all of the information needed, it took me to the simple screen that I knew the answers too. The employee stock sale screen needs better instructions if you have to use the more complicated screen. Other than that turbo tax made my taxes really easy especially since I needed the premier version. Finally, I don't like that you have to pay to E-file your State after you already had to pay for the software. State should be free also if you purchase the TurboTax disc. End the end, I have used Turbo Tax now for 10 years and it works well for me on how easy it typically is to use.
What's great about it: Easy Walk through of all income and deductions
What's not so great: Very complicated to do Employee Sale of Stock with the Recommended Option compared to Do It Myself Option
