Needs Improvement

Turbo Taxes seems to be getting worse every year or it could be my advanced age is making it difficult for me to use your services. If I find it difficult to use Turbo Tax next year, I will go someplace else to get my taxes done.
What's great about it: Helps me handle investment costs.
What's not so great: Not user friendly.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

State Filing of Returns

I would expect if one is getting large refund you may wish to charge. If there no refund or no payment due, then you should allow to file for free for state.
What's great about it: OK for the service provided

Easy to use

The wrong number got into the personal property tax entry but it could not be changed or deleted. I finally found the form where the entry came from and deleted the form manually. Then reran the Turbo Federal and State returns. Why did in not just let me change the entry for personal property tax? Rich

I was really disappointed to learn that the turbotax version required to file a complex trust return is not supported on a Mac platform. I would like to see this corrected for next year. Any chance that it will be available for a Mac platform?

Frustrated!

Have been a TurboTax user since TY94. I've used versions for DOS, Win 3.1,W95,W98,WinXP,Win7. this year I'm using Win10.
I started preparing my taxes, and got halfway through when I had to stop. I saved my work and logged out.
A few days later I came back to finish, but my file was gone.
So, I started over, went all the way through, e-filed and saved my work.
After a few days I realized I had not received any Emails about my taxes, so I decided to go back into TurboTax and look for messages in there. My file was GONE!!
I called IRS to check my filing status. There was no file.
So, I started over again, and printed my return for mailing.
I started preparing my taxes, and got halfway through when I had to stop. I saved my work and logged out.
A few days later I came back to finish, but my file was gone.
So, I started over, went all the way through, e-filed and saved my work.
After a few days I realized I had not received any Emails about my taxes, so I decided to go back into TurboTax and look for messages in there. My file was GONE!!

What's great about it: Going through the program was easy, as usual
What's not so great: My file was erased twice and my efile was lost!
