2015 returns

The federal return does not include a printed Schedule A and it can not be printed by itself. Arizona requires a copy of the federal Schedule A and I can not submit it. This might be the last year I will use TurboTax.
What's great about it: fairly easy to use
What's not so great: Printing is a night mare

What's great about it: TurboTax is becoming easier to use every year. The instructions are becoming simpler and easier to understand.
What's not so great: Occasionally, different terms are used for the same thing, which is confusing.

Better and Better

I'd like to be able to fill in 2 separate returns and then have turbotax add them together without reentering everything for our joint return.
What's great about it: Handling stock investments now much easier with the way 8949s are handled
What's not so great: Can't automatically add two returns together (my wife and I)

Did taxes fine

I completed my taxes just fine. In trying to look up 'equity loans above $100000' it was very hard to find the proper information. And I repeat something I have said before. In trying to download the software I forgot my password. The change password section of the web page changed my username instead. Ultimately I couldn't download and had to purchase a CD
What's great about it: Straightforward
What's not so great: Problems in trying to download software

I called and was able to talk to a support person and correct the issue right away. This year (2016) there was better support which makes me want to continue using Turbo Tax
What's great about it: Able to answer questions and review some of the error messages. Quick and easy way to avoid error
What's not so great: Possibly offer steps when changes must be made during the process
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
