Comprehensive and Quick

Continues to be a comprehensive, quick program to completing and filing both state and federal personal tax returns. The e-filing function allows me to sleep better know that I have a confirmed filing of my Federal and State Returns.
What's great about it: Carried forward previous years' information; intuitive; cost savings
What's not so great: none this year

Long Time TurboTax user losing Confidence

This year I found the software very difficult to use. The answers to my questions was never found. I am really displeased and disappointed with the modifications or whatever you made. These were very unsatisfactory The work sheet for

Easy as Usual

I've been using TT since the 80's and it never let me down. It catches things that never new I could do by hand. You do have to have all the information organized prior to starting. In my case I itemize which walks me thru very easily. For itemizing I do have to have an idea where to put the items in the correct categories to do it right. Still very pleased with TT and will continue using it and very much a time saver. Thanks TT for this wonderful program.
What's great about it: Easy flow and catches my errors & excellent as usual

Not as clean on Windows 10

When I picked the print/preview button I expected to be able to preview my tax returns. When I could not located the printed copies I E-filed. When I finally found them in the download file I had already e-filed on the basis of your review. Now I need to know how and when I can re-file as my 2016 Estimated tax payment was not included ($2100).
What's great about it: State tax filing was simpler.
What's not so great: Was not clear where I could find my print preview. As happened something went wrong with the Estimated Tax calculations

Love Turbo Tax

Using TT is wonderful. It asks questions and explains any I don't understand. It makes tax time a breeze.
