TurboTax Premier

I have used TurboTax Premier for years now. I have tried others, but always ended up starting over with Premier. The assistant is excellent, just very user friendly for more complicated taxes!
What's great about it: Easy to use, Easy Enteries, Excellent Download/Auto Entry
What's not so great: Wish all of the K-1 Catagories could be in drop downs
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Almost fun!

I've been using TurboTax forever and I like it but often am concerned with saving my information until I can get back to it. I've had to restart on occasion and that is frustrating!
What's great about it: minimal brain drain
What's not so great: leaving work and returning several days later sometimes meant having to start over!

Last year's product was easier.

This year's Turbo Tax was not as easier as past products. I have been using Turbo Tax since the product was first introduced. I will continue using it since it is still the best product on the market but I think there should be better choices when starting the product on line. I have issues with the free on line trIal and then trying to buy the product. Please look into this.
What's great about it: It covered every situation
What's not so great: The wording was confusing. I didn't get a free state filing as expected.

Printing nightmare

All good except for the printing option. Even after I paid and filed I could not print my forms. This needs to be simplied or better explained for 2016
What's great about it: easy to follow,m good edplanations
What's not so great: Printing options are awful. even after I filed the taxes and paid by credit card I was unable to Print.

Information Didn't Transfer

I have used Turbo Tax every year for 10 years. This is the first year that I asked for a downloaded version. My information did not transfer over from last year.

It fulfilled all my needs in 2015.
What's great about it: Automatic fill of data into the 2015 forms from the 2014 forms.
What's not so great: Setup to begin may be difficult for a beginner into filing a return based on there old experience.
