You are the best!

I would not use any other software to do my taxes. It is customer friendly and easy to navigate. The staff is available to promptly troubleshoot any technical or tax questions. I received the maximum refund possible. It is great for military service members whose life situations are in constant change. I give them five stars.
What's great about it: The customer service is superb.
What's not so great: The online links sometimes don't work.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Thankful there is an electronic, safe and informed way to file taxes. I cannot image having to do it on paper. Turbo tax does it all for you so you won't miss a opportunity to get the best refund!

My husband & I have been using Turbo Tax for 10 years. We LOVE it! It's so easy & walks you through everything with detailed explanations if needed.

I have purchased Turbo Tax for over 9 years. The last 2 years I've downloaded it to my computer. I go to file my taxes and it says I have to pay for my filing of my state taxes. When I purchased it , it said that I had 1 FREE state filing. So now what??
What's not so great: Buying Turbo Tax with the understanding that you get 1 State return Free

I had a very good experience filing my taxes for the first time.
I chose the Turbo Tax directed approach and could tell by the questions asked that I may have forgotten some items.
