14th Great TT Year!

Used TT Desktop program. In final steps the option to obtain TaxResources did not work. Repeated attempts did not result in getting the subscription. I went to the Tax Resources site and all eventually went well. I felt particularly insecure when the TT process to purchase the option advised me the site had to "first save my file."
What's great about it: Reliability, security and thoroughness
What's not so great: The option to get Tax Resources subscription didn't work.

Usually good, but several glitches this year

I have used TurboTax for years, but this year it abruptly shut down several times and also required a positive number on one form, where my number was negative. I finally just had to enter "1" to get the "error" from recurring. Would recommend with reservations.
What's great about it: Mostly easy to use

You cannot beat Turbo Tax Software, it's easy
What's great about it: Quality and fast
What's not so great: Couple of spots where there was not enought information.

My biggest complaint is that after I have submitted my personal and income info there are many deduction that I don't qualify for. Rather than having me fill in some basic info (yet again) can't I get a brief explanation Pop-up explaining why I do't qualify? seems like a lot of tame can be saved.
One other thing is the number of times I have to put in my email address for example like on this survey! I have probably entered it 5 or 6 times during the process. Save my time please!
I just looked at the "Just a few more details" section below I have given all this info !

There is no easier way to do your taxes than with TurboTax! It has been our tax software choice for more than ten years and it never fails to impress us with its ease of use. I mean what could be more simple than answering yes-or-no questions? And TurboTax knows exactly which questions to ask. Whether you have a 1040EZ to file or a more complicated return, TurboTax is the right program for you.
What's great about it: Completely guided me through the ins and outs

When you finish a category under Wages & Income or Deductions & Credits TT takes you back to the top of the drop down list. It would be better for TT to take you back to the top of the category that you're working in.
What's great about it: Works well and I trust the computations
