Outstanding - only one request

Great filing experience, a no-brainer every year for 10 years now and seems to get easier each time! The only issue I had this year was logging onto the website...the site automatically started my 2015 return online, but I always use the downloaded software version...you can't switch between the two. The problem was that once it started the online one I couldn't stop it! Had to call tech support. Also, very hard to find where I go to find the downloadable version...could make finding this much easier. Overall, still a great experience, thank you.
What's great about it: super easy directions to follow, constant tax form updates
What's not so great: website confusing, and I use it every year!!

Streamlined!

I have used Turbot Tax for more yeas than I can count. The step thru process in the Premier is so simple it makes me wonder if it is getting everything! The explanations are very clear. We had several changes this year, HSA, children in college are among the easier ones. Turbo Tax handled them all well. I would recommend it to everyone, I already have to my friends and they all use it!
What's great about it: The step thru process is so simple this year!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

No Glitches!

Updated the software as suggested and we were ready to go. Saved and printed everything I needed including the Minnesota Property Tax Refund form.
What's great about it: Software stayed on task and completed my return first time through

Easy, Quick, Thorough, Consistent, Recommended

I have been using TurboTax for over 20 years. It has always provided an excellent way to prepare my taxes. We have handled a number of varied and diverse businesses; rental properties; investments; etc. and the guidance provided each year has been first rate. I would highly recommend this software.
What's great about it: easy to use; complete; thorough
What's not so great: just have to pay to file the state return

Turbo Tax Is The Best

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. It has always been great that is downloads previous year's tax information and calculates all the deductions allowed. I wouldn't do my taxes any other way. Like they say, I know myself better than anyone else! This is an amazing product!
What's great about it: Provides every deduction possible, walks you through areas you are not sure of, answers all your questions
What's not so great: None

I've been using TT since the early 90's when it was known as TaxEdge and would use NOTHING else! JT :o))
What's great about it: Ease & clarity of "step-by-Step" filing
What's not so great: Convoluted and confusing NC state filing :o((

Great product, great navigation and easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Great navigation. Great automation to import with improvements from previous years with integrations.
What's not so great: Finding where to update the use tax was confusing after it was already saved.
