Always a great experience

Overall a great product with easy to fill out guidance as you go and easy to review and edit. I would like to see an better system connection between non-deductible IRA's and the related form you need to complete. Even though I have answered the question, the program does not force me to the additional form.
This is a great product and the related products like It's Deductible also are very helpful.

TurboTax Premier Made Schedule E Easy!

I used TurboTax Premier to prepare my son's tax return. In 2015, he purchased a home which he also used partially for rental property. TurboTax made the preparation of Schedule E easy, particularly with the automatic allocation of deductible expenses between Schedules A & E.

What's great about it: Handles complex taxes well. I also use Tax Resources to Review
What's not so great: Surprised when Ihad no errors and then when I went to double check an entry the amount owed increased by $1,600

The guide sections provide me an excellent way to ensure I don't overlook any important areas and make sure I get the best possible return (if any) I can get.
What's great about it: The "Guide Me" sections are great to cover 99% of situations

Stinks very poor

I really want to buy some other Tax software in 2016. Very poorly done this year
What's great about it: it is computerized
What's not so great: I hate that it did not update I spent hours thinking it was my computer and found you had to manually update. Very poor
