Good Software

I've been using the software for my home and rental property for quite a few years. TurboTax did help like a professional.
What's great about it: Very detailed with practical guidelines and notes
What's not so great: No free state e-file function

Like Turbo tax

Overall good experience
What's great about it: Covers all the bases
What's not so great: Need Quick Start Guide for fixing Problems not intuitive. Lots of red tape to submit file

Easy Process for my Refund

Very easy to use, walks you through everything. Fast, simple and quick. For detailed or special items, may walk through at to high a level.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: A little difficult if trying to find a select item or question within product

Good, but

Would like to have a navigation system that would link me immediately to the correct worksheet once I click on a number or box in the applicable form. Also would like to have the year on the MAC OS X Icon in the Dock. Would make it easier to figure out which program I was working on at the moment.
What's great about it: Quick and Familiar
What's not so great: Navigation still difficult

keeps charging over and over

I have paid three times for states, doing two different returns for two separate people in three states. I have been charged for more than I should be and there is no option for it to recognize that they are paid for already
What's great about it: can't get back in without being recharged for state
What's not so great: over charging for returns

Have used TurboTax for many years and always rely on the ease of use and accuracy of my returns. This is important to me as I have limited time to be working on my returns. Plan to continue to use TT going forward.
What's great about it: Easy to use year on year; Instuctions available as needed;
What's not so great: Had one small SW issue this year that TT corrected before I filed.

If I didn't have to pay for a second state and then pay twice more to e-file, I would have rated everything as excellent.
What's great about it: Step-by-step works well
What's not so great: Having to pay for state returns

Where are the videos?

Why'd you stop the video tutorials? Overall very good product.
What's great about it: Quick, easy, secure.
What's not so great: option to update when schedule at night. not when opening for use.
