What's great about it: Very Easy to use
What's not so great: For multple state returns we should not have to buy program for a different state and then still pay e-filing fee.

Got a great refund

Worked great even when I had to leave them for a couple days I was able to continue on where I left off.
What's great about it: Easy and I don't like doing my taxes, but with turbo it's easy.
What's not so great: Filing site went down so I waited a couple days, but got em done

2015 Success

Easy to use. Good import feature. Please change the software next year to return to the section just completed, not to the very top, requiring the user to scroll down to the next section.
What's great about it: Easy navigation, applicability questions up front.
What's not so great: Returning to the top after finishing a section. Return me to the next section.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Scrolling down thru the steps you've taken is a slight pain. I would like to see a " go to bottom" button to facilitate this.
Otherwise a great program for someone like me that is not tech smart.

Taxes fairly easy

We had a hard time finding the deductions for Long Term Care premiums, Safe Deposit box fee and the sale of a lot (not our primary residence). Finally found them with the help of Turbo Tax Help.
What's great about it: Most items were quick and painless
What's not so great: had a very hard time find some items
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Problem with history

For some reason this year the program failed to bring forward prior year financial data properly. Personal data was picked up, but incomes and deductions failed for the 2014 year. Prior years, 2013 and prior,. was present. But 2014 failed!!!???
What's great about it: Produced advertised results

State Interface

multi-state experience read appropriate information from previous state entered. Included warnings and flags for the user.
What's great about it: Multiple state entries interacted with each other and provided appropriate, accurate, IMPROVED tax information
What's not so great: Federal Return, early section skipped, only appeared when user went back and clicked continue again

Easy breezy and thorough

I felt this program is very thorough.
Even though I know I cannot itemize/go long form I like to read all the questions and answer them and then be told an explanation as to why I don't qualify for the deduction.
