A great experience again this year. Both Federal and state returns started and finished in one day! I feel confident that the returns are completed accurately and completely.
What's great about it: Very detailed and accurante

if you have investments and/or bought or sold a house, TurboTax really handles all of the details and calculations for you.
What's great about it: able to load investment data directly; does all of the investment calculations
What's not so great: Really had to search for what to do with 1099-S document

Disc compared to online

The fee to e-file is not self explanatory and I had to speak with someone regarding what the fee was for since I purchased a disc product
What's great about it: I prefer the disc to online because I know what I get with the disc
What's not so great: The navigation online is poor

I have been using TurboTax and its predecessors since the 90s. I am a fan and plan on continuing to use it.
What's great about it: Thorough. Uses common sense language
What's not so great: Because it is thorough it takes a while to work through.
