Great Refund Experience

Excellent organization of the required income tax information entry requirements . Very user-friendly .
What's great about it: Lots of guidance and help - especially liked the ability to easily return to previously entered info for updates
What's not so great: would have liked a preview of the different categories of medical deductions in order to get them categorized

Overall it was a positive experience . I have worked with Turbo Tax for some 14 years.
What's great about it: Good questions and moved the processed along.
What's not so great: I needed to go back to fill gaps in the process.

Keeping it simple

For those who are not technically savvy, computer inept and want to avoid the hard way, Turbo Tax is the easy way. Stop procrastinating, and invest in you mental health, well being and family, you'll be glad to use Turbo tax from here on. I saw the light 5 years ago, life in March and April is better now, Try it, you'll like it.
What's great about it: Boils down to 'Cut and Paste', fill in the blank, let Turbo Tax show you the easy way to file and not the hard way,
What's not so great: none

1st time using product. It's helpful to make sure I covered everything, but I felt like I went back and forth some; for ex., didn't see 1st time through where to put estimated tax payments. But overall, good experience although time consuming!

Each time I returned to the program it went to the beginning of the program rather than to the last completed action. In certain sections or forms it is difficult to determine how to continue (ie go to next subject.
What's great about it: Your program gets the job done.
What's not so great: unable to increase font size.

Font size options should be in 3 sizes to choose from.
Must be quick and easy to switch to other sizes within pages.

Early drafts of friendliness and comprehension must be tested with complete and simple novices to expand Turbo Tax's base of users.

What's not so great: Print size font is way too small for accurate reading.
