Outstanding !!!

I have been using Turbo Tax for almost 25 years and have never been audited in that period. This time I had a problem and spent over a week trying to locate the problem. The system said I was due a $23,555 refund and I knew that was an error. I finally called the support line and in less that 5 minutes she found where I had entered an incorrect number.
WHAT A RELIFE!
What's great about it: It is and has always been, very easy to use.
What's not so great: Nothing

Turbo Tax is awesome!

I had never done my own taxes before. Turbo Tax made is so easy, walked me through everything step by step. I will use Turbo Tax every year.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is very user friendly.

Taxes Made Easy

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years and it continues to be the only way to file my taxes! It is always quick, easy and accurate.
What's great about it: Easiest way to prepare taxes
What's not so great: None other than it's Taxes!

I find TurboTax very helpful. I have always done my taxes but with rental property and owning stocks and bonds later in life, I am not sure I could file my own return any longer. Questions asked are very helpful. I highly recommend using TurboTax. I have used turbotax for the last three or so years.
What's great about it: Tax changes incorporated-If you look long enough you can usually find the answers to your questions.
What's not so great: Finding where to enter U.S. Savings Bond Interest was difficult

Entering data and related information easily accessible. Able to go back and recheck entries at a click of a button. The only problem I had was at the end printing copies of my returns. During printing 72 pages printer ran out of ink, I canceled the printing to replace the ink cartridge and continue printing. I thought it would be easy to just pickup where I left off with page numbers. Each time I tried to print using page numbers the printing started at the beginning no matter what starting page numbers I entered to print. The program has no relationship with the pages in the document causing a serious waste of paper and is not correct.
What's great about it: User friendly
What's not so great: Printing not 100%
