Overall I like the product (TT Premier) but some times I wonder if I am missing things because the interview is not as simple/clear as it should be for non-tax professionals preparing their return. In some areas the tax lingo and situations are so assumptive and foreign that most people would have no idea whether or not it applies to them. The program should be set up better to ferret out for the average person if a situation applies or not. I also wonder if a trained tax professional can do a better job/get bigger return than I can using TurboTax.
What's great about it: Clean interface and like import capabilities for W2, Brokerage
What's not so great: Interview not as clear and simple as it purported to be?
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Could follow most of the steps well but when it came to K-1's and it asked me to put some information in manually on certain lines in both federal and state it was EXTREMELY confusing. Need to improve this
What's great about it: Most everything went fairly well and easy to follow
What's not so great: K-1 entering could be improved
Pros: I bought or sold investments
