Problem with Carry Over of State Taxes Paid

Once last year, and twice this year, I entered information for myself and my daughter into Turbo Tax. One 3 of the 4 occasions I used the software, it did not transfer over the state tax amount paid to my return. I had to go back and delete my wage information and then it worked. It happened numerous times to me.
What's great about it: Easy to Use
What's not so great: On 3 occasions, Turbo Tax did not carry over state taxes paid to return

I am impressed with the swift processing compared to previous years. The exception is the process to receive the refund which was cumbersome particularly thr choices to get the refund into my bank account.

What's not so great: unable to pull last years turbo to prefill basic data

Very easy! TurboTax found deductions/items I didn't know existed. I never could have done my return alone!

Easy and Fast

This software was so much more intuitive that the H&R Block software that we used last year. Moving through the sections was easy and it was very easy to see where a particular tax issue should be addressed. My only two issues are: One - Limitation of only one state tax for included and; Two - the fact that you need to pay to file your state return electronically.
What's great about it: Easy to use interface
What's not so great: Cost to file a state return

Had some hickups but they fixed me up.

I had to reinstall Turbo Tax and it initially would let me load a current saved 2015 return. It only looked for 2014 returns. Had to restart from scratch then fool it by saving then loading in the previously saved return. Also had to contact Turbo Tax to avoid repaying for 2nd State return. They responded to this very quickly.
What's great about it: Follow the bouncing boxes
What's not so great: Restarting with a reinstall and trying to pickup current return

Past years were clearer

When my return was rejected, it was very unclear what the next step was to be. If it had said "open your return" or "go to here" it would have been great. I wasted 5 minutes trying to figure out the next step. Years previously it was clearer.
