Great Overall Experience

Great Experience will use again! Despite the smart check issue, I was able to speak with someone and get the issue resolved quickly.
What's great about it: Easy & Fast
What's not so great: Did run into issue when trying to do a smart check.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments, I moved

Excellent Tax Program

I have used several tax software programs, and overall, TurboTax is the best and easiest to use. My only small complaint (but an annoying one) is that the font is ridiculously tiny and cannot be enlarged, even though there is plenty of white space on the screen. Other than that, along with the somewhat higher price than competitors, I have no complaints and will continue to use TurboTax in the future.
What's great about it: Thorough; accurate; straightforward Q&A format.
What's not so great: Tiny font cannot be changed; a little pricey.

Still annoying after all the years

Premier is overpriced. I only need it to keep track of 4 K-1's (3 next year). Those data do not change my tax liability AT ALL. Bummer.
What's great about it: Thorough
What's not so great: Still too much (100%) reliance of use of the mouse. Would like hotkeys to advance/submit a form.

I love all the improvements you made over the last 21 years (I have been using Turbo Tax since 1995). Your program is great and easy to use! I got my current tax return done in one day. I am very happy with your product. Keep up the good work!
What's great about it: Easy to use! Love the report at the end of each section with last year's info.
