I always feel confident doing my taxes with your product ! The price is right and the help you provide is spot on. I feel confident that I am receiving the best service in filling out and submitting my federal and state taxes every year !!
What's great about it: Up to date with all tax changes
What's not so great: Still get that "lost" feeling when it comes to including some information

This is about the 6th year of using Turbo Tax, it has been a great tool, it couldn't be easier to use. Don't hesitate to go out and get it and use it yourself, you wont be disappointed.

I can't imagine how you could make this better year after year but you have. Easier to download. You don't need to be a computer pro to install and setup. Any imaginable tax question you might have is answered immediately.

Thorough and Easy

I've used TurboTax for a few years now after switching over from another software application. The other software was good, but I was really drawn to Intuit by the ItsDeductible application and the ability to keep track of my donations throughout the year and import them effortlessly into TurboTax. I have stayed because of the TurboTax's simple interface and thorough interviews. For a couple of years, I worked for a company in VA that would not switch my withholding to MD. So every year, I had to file taxes in both states. TurboTax made that so effortless. Great product.
I do wish they would minimize the sections that have already been reviewed so that I don't have to scroll through the entire list every time. That's a minor irritant.
What's great about it: Thorough questions and straightforward process
What's not so great: Too much scrolling between interview sections

Easy as Pie!

I enjoy using Turbo Tax. I have been a customer for over 10 years. The ability to import W-2's, investment info & charitable contributions (from It's Deductible) have made preparing my tax return very easy.
What's great about it: Importing tax info makes it a breeze.
