What's not so great: good customer service for my K-1 which I knew nothing about.

Screen/display Experience

Please, Please, PLEASE make the "continue" button appear in the same location on each screen. That way when paging through the screens it would be possible to repetitively click "continue" without moving the mouse.

Most of the time it is very easy to use.
I like to enter data as I get it.
So I start up Turbo Tax and have to wait for an update. Intuit should notify me when there is updates so I can do it before needing to use the program.
There should be an option to import a form from the previous year (would save time if there is no change)
I had a problem with paying Intuit with my CC. It said there was a problem but wouldn't say where the problem was. By the time I figured it out I used up my 3 tries and had to start again with a different CC I didn't want to use.

Turbo Tax Premier 2015Very methodicalk and clear

Frankly, I could not live without Turbo Tax. I have always done my own taxes. When younger (the '70's) I did them by hand because I could not afford a professional. But when PCs became popular and TT came out I switched over and never looked back.
I have recommended TT to all of my friends, but those morons spend days if not weeks organizing their data, then give it to a professional who probably uses Turbo Tax. Listen non-believers: organizing your personal data is 90% of the job. Filing with TT is a piece of cake, even for those with complex tax situations.
What's great about it: Very methodical and clear
What's not so great: A bit tedious to go back and check or modify a number

review can be made simpler, i.e. should not have to re-answer the same questions. found it easier to review by going thru the forms. it would be good if you can review the previous responses in a single shot instead of going over it screen by screen again.

2015 tax filing

We have been using Turbo tax for a decade, we find it easy to use.
What's great about it: Very detailed questions on the "guide me" section and the explanations is goodp
What's not so great: Sometimes we cannot go back to edit the answer to a question.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
