Turbo Tax walked me through every step making very easy to follow, and reduce the stress of filing taxes
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: State not included in the original purchase price

Turbo Tax Almost Makes the Process Fun

Working with the TT program is enjoyable. Make the process much less "taxing" :)

Over all it was very easy to follow but sometimes the questions get confusing. Had put info in wrong places and had to go back and change. Editing was very easy.

All in all a great product. I still have to use the IRS docs to gather some information first. I want to make sure I have all the info in to get the maximum return.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate the sections. I like the pop up help.
What's not so great: I thought there was more information when you use the help button. I'd like more info on investment handling.

Difficult to delete an itemized expense after deciding it was not worth after deciding it was not worth all the required details necessary.
Asked for help in deleting this, but found the answer not helpful.
What's great about it: Easy to use; E file is great.
What's not so great: Difficult to delete a businness expense.

my wife prepared the taxes and I am not particularly computer savvy so my navigation on the subjects was not as intuitive as I would've liked. My wife had no probs and she prepared this review.
What's great about it: easy walk thru with good explanations in conversational English; easy to come back to where I left off;
What's not so great: apparently didn't let me flag more than 1 item; would like a BACK button at the top of the screen

Almost Perfect Program

I have been using this program for over 10 years. It has not failed me to provide up to date information for filing my federal and state taxes. The program detects errors in input and provides checks on completeness of inputs. The program asks you simple questions to get you to develop an understanding of the tax system and how it relates to your income.
Everyone makes errors and this program is the best way to ensure you are getting the best possible deductions and errorless return. The only thing this program doesn't provide is the accountant (unnecessary) and the computer. Like Progresso, it's in there!
