Long time user - always perfect

I've been using TurboTax since at least 1997 - that's the oldest tax file I've saved. I don't need it - understand the tax code quite well. But it makes things so easy! It gives the flexibility to jump back and forth between forms and interview, so anyone from an amateur to a professional tax preparer can use it in the way that's best and easiest.
Even *I* make mistakes (hard to believe!), but TurboTax never does and gently corrects mine.
What's great about it: relatively quick, thorough, accurate
What's not so great: occasional bugs

I got all the way to the end and ready to file, when an item to "fix" came up that was nothing I had ever seen in all my years of using TurboTax (since it was "MacInTax). I have no idea what a form C was and couldn't find it when I went back, so I just chose a category so that I could finally file my taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to follow except for one "fix" item that made no sense
What's not so great: Can't ever get the scroll bar without widening the screen and grabbing it before it disappears on my MacBook Pro...

Still Mostly Good

Overall, I like TurboTax and have recommended it to others who have been using an expensive accountant to complete their returns. My only niggle is with some of the finer nuances such as reporting foreign tax paid. This is always a relatively small amount that comes from a couple of my managed investments and I have no clue to what countries it has been paid. This information isn't available on the K-1s so I just wing it, assuming that we are talking about such a minuscule amount that the IRS isn't going to waste money if I happened to check the wrong box. However, I'd be more comfortable if TurboTax would make this topic as streamlined as the rest of the program.
What's great about it: Relatively easy to walk through the process
What's not so great: Had to upgrade to Premier just to be able to handle K-1s

One minor detail

Very easy and seemed complete with good, simple explanations. The one suggestion I have is to have a bookmark or "Go Back" button that takes you back to the exact Easy page you were on. The exact field would be a bonus. For example, if I have to go back from state and look up a SSN I had to go through several pages to get to where I was.
What's great about it: Easy and complete. Very satisfied.
What's not so great: It needs a "Go Back" button.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: Turbo Tax covers all the bases. And I can check, recheck, and edit whenever needed.
