Easy to Use but some e-filing issues

Almost was as if they want you to get frustrated with paying via credit card so that you will give in and have them deduct it from your refund costing you 3 times as much...checked my internet connect and it was not me...intuit was playing dumb...just because of a 1099-MISC for a rental property...not sure...since the reason was not given...now I have to call to get a confirmation number so I can pay via phone versus online...points for convenience just went down.
What's great about it: Easy to Use and following along
What's not so great: Tricky with costs and procedures for filing state returns

I have used your program for years and each year it gets better and easier to navigate through the process. Those other tax services are so much more expensive and not worth the money. You have it all covered.

TurboTax caught some grief with the homeowner/stock issues of Deluxe vs Premier last year, but they are back with a vengeance. It took me less than 1 hour to do my taxes this year. Really really easy process!
What's great about it: Fast, clear instructions, easy to use
What's not so great: Not any this year!
Pros: I bought or sold investments, I moved

Greatest invention since the taco

I've been using TurboTax for over 10 years and it continues to provide me with a very thorough, thought provoking review of my income tax return. TurboTax entices me to review areas of spending and income that I would not have thought to review myself. Excellent product.
What's great about it: Easy and thorough
What's not so great: thorough

Works great, mostly

Been a Turbo Tax user for 15 years, so very experienced with the product. Great to use it most of the time: fast and easy. But this year I ran across an error in the import and/or field logic that was preventing me from filing. After trying and failing to get through to phone support (2 hrs total hold time, bounced before talking to anyone both times), the only way around the error was to wipe out the section having the problem, and hand-enter everything.
Import should also be the first presented option on every available entry: W2s, 109Xs, etc. -- rather than having to hunt through the help section to figure out how.

What's great about it: 90% of the time fast and easy
What's not so great: programming errors, need better import options, can't get through to support
