Simple and Quick!

I finished my tax return very quickly and without error. I've used TurboTax for years now and will continue in the future.
What's great about it: Very clear and easy to use.
What's not so great: Some times a bit too much information.

What's not so great: Included an old Sched. C that I didn't need or ask for. Took a while to discover this error.

What's not so great: Links to "correct" input errors not always to understand

Best to go through one time because if you reconsider anything you have to get through the whole section again. Also, I found difficulties understanding what had been imported from prior years (carry over losses, defunct K-1's)

Great Tax Product

TurboTax leads you through your return at your own pace as documents arrive from your financial organizations. I like how the application divides income and charitable contributions. It's deductible is another plus. Importing documents from your financial institutions is easy also and saves time!
What's great about it: Easy to use and great ability to save for later modification.
What's not so great: Some of the filing requirements and details take awhile to research.

Overall, it is relatively easy to complete turbo tax once all of the information is sorted by category. I never enjoy doing stocks/bond areas and struggle somewhat.
What's great about it: It was fairly easy to enter information
What's not so great: The divident stock area sometimes is confusing if not exactly what is on the paperwork.

Still has bugs!

Have used Turbo Tax for over a decade now and overall like the program. Simple and easy to use and makes filing taxes almost painless.
What's great about it: I answer simple questions and fill in the blanks.
What's not so great: Ghosts in the machine keep using outdated email address.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
