This years Turbo Tax is extremely slow compared to the last several years.

could not calculate the percentage of my annuity payments that was my after tax contributions.
Had heck finding the "jump to" regarding the sale of real estate

2015 Tax

Ok, but not as user friendly as in the past

Basically this is easy to use and navigate, however the program crashed constantly and required re-uploading the updates every time I opened the program. I am working on a MAC, which seems to be a problem, except that I purchased the version specifically for the MAC.
I do not use the online program as my WIFI is unreliable and slow. I prefer to have the software on my computer but most/all of the help and questions I had, required me to go online.
The updates do not install permanently, rather required reloading every time I opened the software. Very annoying and a time waste, 10 - 15 minutes each time.
The integration of the state reporting is good, although in the past, there was mention on the main state reporting page that the user should enter their resident state information last when filing multiple state returns. I didn't see that this year.
All in all, not bad but could be better.
What's great about it: Input was straight forward, easy to navigate
What's not so great: Constant crashing, update needed to be reinstalled every time I opened the program

State returns

Did taxes for myself and our kids. All federal electronic filings went fine. ALL state, AZ and MI were all rejected showing no errors...but saying some info couldn't be authenticated. May look for another way next year after using Turbo tax since it came out. HIGHLY frustrated and disappointed. I am an accountant so this should have gone well. And we got charged for swtate software downloads and filings only to be rejected/
What's great about it: Using the program was great
What's not so great: ALL of our families state electronic returns were rejected and needed to be send by regular mail
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I had a baby, I moved

Greatly improved from the last few year's fiasco. I'll buy it again.
What's great about it: Obviously a lot of effort has been put into making this an easy to use yet comprehensive system. Finally works great.
What's not so great: Some easier links (is this deductible, is my babysitter an employee kind of thing) possibly to IRS would be helpful.

Easy taxes

Besides being easy to enter data for your taxes, TurboTax Premier allows one free question with a tax pro. Very helpful and appreciated.
What's great about it: begin with interview and complete with final details on forms
