Loyal Customer Since Y2K!

I have been doing taxes with TurboTax since before the year 2000. I managed a tax office for H&R Block for three years and used their professional software to do my own taxes during those three years. I was glad to come back to TurboTax after leaving the business. I even did my taxes with TurboTax while I was serving an Mormon mission in West Africa for 18 months (remote access to my USA home computer with all my TurboTax data stored on the computer). I never look forward to doing my own taxes, but TurboTax keeps the process short and sweet once I quit procrastinating and actually get started on my home computer.
What's great about it: TurboTax always knows the right questions to ask me and finds quick answers to my questions.
What's not so great: I don't like tax season - but TurboTax minimizes my worries.

This is the first time I used Turbo Tax, always had my Taxes done for me, with a higher cost, One year I worked for H&R Block & used there System, I found your system very easy to do & I am now working on my Son-In-law & Daughters tax w/Turbo Tax
What's great about it: Great filling it out, easy to do & good details & well explained

Great as always

I have been using turbotax for over 20 years and I have always been able to complete my filing quickly and accurately. I've only had one problem with IRS and that was my fault due to some bad stock/sell information I had received from my broker. Other than that, it has been smooth sailing.
What's great about it: quick, easy to understand step instructions, good help info,CHAT was prompt and informative.

What's great about it: All forms I needed, good instructions to make corrections.
What's not so great: Dosent cover E-file for State.
