Turbo Tax Great as Usual

I have used turbo Tax for over 10 years, and have found it to be pretty user friendly and very accurate
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: some direction/questions could be clearer

great refund

Great as always. A little pricey as I bought the Premier due to a 401 withdrawl. It took me a while to figure out how to fix a decimal error in my state tax withheld. The form would not take me to where the data needed to be amended. Cost me an extra 30 minutes chasing down and fixing. Turbo tax did not seem like there was a problem that this year's refund was $11,000 higher than last year. I would think that something that big would raise a flag in the system.
What's great about it: Turbo tax is great at math and doesn't transpose digits
What's not so great: I made a decimal error and my refund was $11,000 higher than it should have been. It took me a while to fix my error.

This year TurboTax went down couple notch. The program was not customer friendly as before. I have used it for years and this time I had to look for the forms that I need to fill in
What's great about it: e-filed
What's not so great: rental forms where lost. You have to look for them

I have used Turbo Tax since 2002, 4 years ago I went to premire as I needed it for having a rental house, all of the sudden this year they class it as a business. I sold my rental house in 2015 and they did not make it very clear or helpful in filing for that, I had to use help and it led me into things I had no idea of.
If they are going to help you with all this then it needs to be more clear and precise

What's great about it: good options, good queation askeing, easy to file nice error check
What's not so great: rentals and sales of rentals needs more help and information, a little confusing when you keep calling a business
Pros: I bought or sold investments
