Great program

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years. The program is easy to use and it guides you through the entire return. The help is also fantastic. I believe Turbo Tax helped me get the most possible return.

Much better than a tax preparer

I've used Turbo Tax for years. My daughters also use it. I was a Tax Preparer for many years, and I still did my own on Turbo Tax..Excellent information available. explanations are easy to understand and apply.
What's great about it: easy to navigate and understand
What's not so great: flags didn't help much

From the time I loaded TurboTax until I eFiled my returns the step-by-step process was easy to follow and straight forward.
What's great about it: Everything I needed was asked in terms I could understand

This is the poorest version in 15yrs

It does not take info from your previous tax return.
Whether that be as simple as your name.
or as complicated as your depreciation on rental property.
It is laid out poorly.
It does not bring you through everything you need. I needed to ask how to do things, that in previous years, it walked me through it.
Totally disappointed.
Been using turbo tax for 15 years. If this was my first year I probably would never use it again.

I DONT KNOW WHY I CANT PRINT STATE RETURN

THE STATE FORM STATES THAT I CANNOT PRINT IT BUT TURBO TAX DOES NOT TELL ME WHY OR WHERE I CAN GO IF I NEED TO PAY A FEE OR WHAT IS NOT COMPLETE. VERY FRUSTRATING!
